Michael, during his 18 years in the property industry gained extensive knowledge and is extremely well versed in all aspects of land acquisition and disposals, planning policy and technical matters in order to gain successful residential planning consents. After a period in residential estate agency Michael joined BNP Paribas Real Estate based in London in 2007. He acted on behalf of a variety of corporate and public sector organisations including NHS and provided advice for major corporate clients such as Barclays, Aviva, Royal Mail and a diverse selection of institutional investors including Schroders and British Airways Pension Investment Management Limited. Michael’s role within Kingston is working with Karen in leading the Estate and Block Management team in addition to sourcing the land and delivering a residential planning consent for our future New Home developments.

Born, educated, lives locally in Northampton and has established herself with 24 years Property Management Experience. She joined Ashby Lowery in 2001 in Residential Lettings and enjoyed 12 successful years before being rewarded with the responsibility for Residential Block Management where Karen had a profound influence in growing the Block Management business, helped by her commitment and desire to please her clients. Karen is so easy to work with and knowledgeable in all aspects of lettings and Block Management.
